The customer, who is a consumer, may terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without stating a reason.
To exercise the right to terminate, the contract termination form may be used, and the customer may also submit their own termination statement from which it explicitly follows that they are terminating the contract, with the order number indicated. Refund of Funds
In case of a refund to a customer who has previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Glimpses of the World is obliged to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Dina, AMEX, and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, make a refund to the card user’s account.
The customer can complain about the product if the product does not have the characteristics that Glimpses of the World explicitly promised, if the wrong products were sent or in the wrong quantity, color, or if they deviate from the customer’s order in another way.
A record is made with the complaint. The customer’s remarks and the requested elective right regarding the resolution of the complaint are entered in the record. The customer has the right to choose whether to repair or replace the goods or make a refund, which is noted in the record.

The delivery of products is done exclusively online. After purchase, the product bought on the site arrives at your email from where you can download it. The link is active, and you can download it 3 times.
When entering payment card data, the HolestPay system transmits confidential information from a security-isolated frame via a public network using the SSL protocol with AES265 encryption and exchanges cryptographic keys according to the Diffie-Hellman principle. HolestPay further transmits card data to the bank system in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as the currently most modern cryptographic technology. The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by HOLEST E-COMMERCE D.O.O., the payment card processor, and Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete payment process is carried out outside this site. At no point are payment card data available to this site, and all channels through which data are transmitted or where part of the card data is potentially stored (if it is a subscription) are PCI DSS certified.
Permission for Card Charging for Merchant and Subscriptions
The customer can (e.g., if they know that they will buy products from Glimpses of the World in the future) choose to approve the creation of a reference to a token for charging (Card-On-File – COF) for this point of sale. This is advisable from a security aspect because it avoids the transmission of card data for future purchases, and the moment of transmission is the most critical in terms of security. During the transmission of card data, unwanted browser add-ons, malware, and viruses on your computer or device may try to access them. When data reaches systems that are PCI DSS certified, their compromise or anonymous action on them becomes de facto impossible.
The customer must have a user account to shop at this point of sale.
When purchasing a subscription, creating a reference to a token for charging is mandatory.
When a user buys a subscription on this site or chooses to save the card for faster future purchases, the HolestPay system, at the initially authorized payment, issues to the point of sale a reference to a token for charging through which the point of sale system can later charge the card.
WEB CONTROL undertakes to charge cards only in accordance with the description and indicated price of the purchased product or contract (if any).
The option for the customer to destroy references to tokens for charging and tokens is available on the site for logged-in users. The customer can alternatively always request the destruction of the reference to tokens for charging and tokens for charging by contacting our support.
This point of sale in no way has access to card data in readable or encrypted form. The point of sale and customer have access only to card number masks NNNN NN** ** NNNN or (for Amex) NNNN NN **** NNN, and masked card numbers are not considered risky data. The reference to the token and the token are random data that are explicitly not obtained by transformation, cutting, or encryption of card data, and neither part nor all card data can be reconstructed by transformation or decryption of the same.
None of the participants in the data transmission (HolestPay, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, payment card processor) keeps or should ever keep the card service code (3 numbers on the back of the card). Only the issuer of the payment card may have access to this data under special conditions (except the card owner).
For each charge, the customer will receive payment information (and a fiscal receipt or e-invoice) via the e-mail they provided when ordering. If for some reason the customer loses access to the specified e-mail address, they are obliged to inform the Web Control company in a timely manner to change the data.
We keep the information we have collected in a secure place in accordance with internal security protocols while following and respecting applicable laws. For example, we use security encryption for login details (in cases where you have authorized this action).
Unfortunately, sending information over the internet is not 100% secure, so, apart from the safeguards we have in place, we cannot secure or guarantee the process of information coming to us. Accordingly, you perform these actions at your own risk. From the moment we receive the information, we take all actions to prevent unauthorized access to the account and your data.
There are certain situations in which Glimpses of the World may share your information. In the case of a partnership with a third party in which it is of business interest to share information, for the purposes of handling the website itself, as well as in possible cases when it is requested by the competent institutions within the legal framework.

The contracting parties undertake to resolve all disputes that may arise in connection with the use of the website, or the conditions of use or purchase of products, peacefully and through negotiations, by mutual agreement to achieve a mutually satisfactory solution. If this is not possible, the contracting parties agree that the dispute will be resolved before the competent court in Belgrade with the application of the substantive law of the Republic of Serbia.
This “Privacy Policy” represents the entire contract between Glimpses of the World and you, relating to the services of our website. You agree that this contract does not assign any rights nor has legal effect for any other person except you. This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and you accept and agree that in the event of any dispute with Glimpses of the World, it will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the judiciary of the Republic of Serbia.
Glimpses of the World may make subsequent changes to this contract, and after the changes are made, they take effect immediately.
